A seat is a named user with a registered AskCipher account. It's not a concurrent session license — every user who has access counts as one seat, regardless of how often they log in.
Token usage is based on the volume and complexity of actions your team runs through connected integrations. You can monitor usage in real time from your account dashboard.
We're working on annual billing options. Currently, Standard plans are billed monthly per seat. Enterprise contracts are negotiated individually — contact our sales team to discuss what works for your organization.
Enterprise customers can request integrations with applications not on our standard list. Our team builds and maintains the connector as part of your contract — including internal tools and proprietary ERP or CRM systems.
